Consignment Northwest, the Pacific Northwest's largest and most popular consignment furniture store, is hiring! Our 17,000 sq. ft. showroom is located in Beaverton, just off Hwy. 217. Since our opening in 1998 we have helped tens of thousands of customers and consignors buy or sell gently used, quality home furnishings. The position we currently have available is Display Assistant, to work in our showroom moving/lifting/arranging furniture. Work hours: TUE-SAT: 10 - 6 (days off: Sun-Mon) Also open to alternate schedule: Tues 10-6, Wed-Fri 9-6, [off Saturday] Sunday Noon -5, [off Monday] The successful candidate will possess the following attributes: -Able to lift 75 -100 pounds regularly -Strong work ethic -Organized with strong time management skills -Able to follow detailed directions, written and verbal -Neat appearance -Personable -Work with little or no supervision -Professional Furniture moving experience (preferred), but open to training the right individual -Experience driving delivery or moving truck (preferred) -Clean DMV record $18 per hour Health Benefits; 401k; PTO Serious candidates to apply in person, and will be interviewed.
