Maintenance Technician Position Details: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for collecting trash from Parks, repairing items such as fencing, playgrounds, painting projects, power washing, snow removal and other maintenance items as assigned. Occasionally will be asked to assist landscape department if needed with projects. • Full Time / Non- Exempt M-F • Reports to Maintenance Manager • Starting salary DOE Minimum Qualifications: Positive attitude and Team player, Bilingual is a plus. Driver's license is mandatory. While performing the duties of this job the employee is in a typical field environment, is required to regularly walk, sit, talk or hear and stand, tolerate working extended periods in inclement weather. Frequent use of Hand tools, safety equipment, computers, cell phones, and other specialized industry equipment (possibly including rented power equipment), is required.
