Customer Service Support Technician Security hardware manufacturer in New Braunfels, TX seeks 5 Customer Service Support Technicians to provide support to customers over the phone. The facility has free on-site parking and an employee lunchroom with a microwave, refrigerator and vending machines for you to enjoy! These are full-time positions where you will earn $16 an hour. Upon direct hire, you will receive an excellent benefits package that includes medical, vision and dental insurance! You’ll work Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. As a Customer Service Support Technician, you will also be responsible for: • Troubleshooting issues with security products. • Providing electronic technical support and installing equipment. • Maintaining records of customer interactions. To be considered, you must have at least one year of customer service experience and be willing to consent to a background check. Prior convictions may not necessarily disqualify you from working for this company.
