JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a professional, experienced Sales and Service Manager to coordinate and oversee our organization’s sales and service operations. This position will fulfill multiple needs: meet with prospective clients and write quotes, meet with existing clients to address any concerns, perform quality control inspections, assist management of landscape installs; assist with shop management, and ensure we are continuing to meet and exceed our client's expectations. QUALIFICATIONS: 3 Years of Supervisory experience with teams larger than 5 employees (GREEN INDUSTRY experience preferred) Ability to lead and develop teams Strong communication and time management skills Detail oriented Emphasis on quality of work, safety and efficiency Positive attitude Sales experience a plus A clean driving record RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversight of crews and jobs (landscaping and lawn maintenance) Manage sales process Schedule daily job routes Complete in person new client assessments Provide detailed information for quotes Assist with interviews and equipment tests Manage shop inventory and purchase supplies Schedule equipment repairs WE OFFER: On-going green industry training Opportunities for advancement Employee appreciation events Bonuses based on efficiency and quality BENEFITS: Paid time off IRA with matching up to 3%, eligible after 90 days of employment Salary: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, Compensation will be based upon professional evaluation and experience.
