George, white male neutered cat is looking for an outside home or barn

Hello, My name is George. I got the name because of my curiosity like the curious George. I am a male white cat with a few orange spots and an orange tail. My age is unknown. I have been neutered and have an ear tip. I recently got flea treatment. I found my way into the backyard of the people who are feeding me now a few months ago. I was very shy at first but since the people have cats, I got used to them and now love to be petted. I am scared inside. Every once in a while I walk in their house and the screen door closes behind me. I get so freaked out that I immediately make a bunch of noise and climb up the door. I am one of many stray cats in this area and the people think it would be good if I could find a new home. A barn or safe garden would be ideal. I don't wander since everything I need is right here. I get along very well with all the other cats here. In fact I share a bed with Lorraine, a feral female here. I don't cause any aggression and don't start fights. The people here think it is best for me to find a home without dogs since their backyard is one of the few here without dogs. I am ready to move whenever you are ready. I am told that there will be an adoption fee of $20 just to make sure I don't end up as a dog toy. I am also told that I can always come back here if we don't get along. If you like me, please contact the people. We are located in South Sacramento on 26th Ave off of MLK Jr Blvd very close to the Fruitridge Rd exit off 99. Purrrrrrrr
