On the ground setup/closing support for retail kiosk

We’re looking for 2-3 individuals that can manage the daily set-up and closing sessions for our robotic mobile vending machine at a retail location near downtown Bentonville. In addition, we hope these individuals can be available to provide occasional assistance with troubleshooting throughout the day when needed. You will make $15-$20 for each set-up/close-down session that you manage and should be available for at least 4 sessions per week. We will be starting on Wednesday, July 27th. Ideally suited for Uber/DoorDash Delivery Drivers, Instacart shoppers, other gig economy workers, and college students with flexible schedules. Responsibilities include: Morning set-up process - $20 per session 9:00am; 45 minutes - Take an accurate count of inventory and restock as needed; - Participate in a call with Tortoise TeleOperators to walk through the set-up checklist, including: - Ensure the robot is powered on and fully charged - Enable certain settings on a mobile phone - Run tests with TeleOperators to ensure the robot is ready for customer use; and - Move robot from charging station to predetermined customer-facing location Evening closing process - $15 per session 8:00 pm, 30 minutes: - Participate in a call with Tortoise TeleOperators to walk through a short “check-list” of steps for the closing process, including: - Disabling settings and applications in a mobile phone - Moving the robot from the deployment location to the charging station - Plugging the robot in to charge Troubleshooting - $20 per session On occasion, as needed - Participate in a call with TeleOperators to identify and resolve any issues that might arise with the software or physical components of the robot itself Does not require any technical skills, just need to be able to follow instructions with teleoperators to troubleshoot and resolve simple issues that may arise.
