· Perform task involving physical labor on construction projects. · Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures per OSHA standards. · Experience installing commercial door and hardware. · Interior finish carpenter: install pre hung doors, install trim, cabinets, and other millwork installation duties. · Ability to install commercial doors and hardware. · Architectural hardware to include door closures, panic devices, locks/latches, coordinators and other commercial hardware. · Ability to read and understand door schedule. · Experience operating hand tools, saws, and other equipment used in building and construction. Key Responsibilities: · Interior finish carpenter: hang doors, install trim, and other millwork installation. · Use levels, rules, plumb bobs, framing squares, and surveying equipment to ensure everything is level and secure. · Experience installing metal doors is a plus. · Assist construction manager in others related task. Minimum (5) years experience preferred. Good work ethic and attitude required!
