med advice/help for ill canine

My dear sweet 12 year old pups has hit a rough patch. he ingested something toxic and it’s caused an infection. he’s very weak now. do any of the local feed stores sell antibiotics ? injectable or oral. I’m afraid he may not make it much longer without some help. I’m very short on funds and no vehicle but can meet up with anyone that can lend some help today if possible. i’m getting desperate. thank you.
