Move 3 seater couch from basement to 3rd floor apartment

I've a single piece heavy 3-seater (42 inches wide by 24 inches high) couch that needs to put in my apartment on 3rd floor from the first floor level. The couch is wide and the stairs of this old building are not too wide (46-48 inches wide). Will require 2 strong people to do the job. Pics are attached.
