Handyman Needed to Assemble a Ikea/Staples Office Chair

Hopefully this turns out to be a very small task that takes less than 15 minutes, and you look at me with puzzlement - wondering why I couldn't just do this myself I have a fully assembled office chair, but the seat plate was defective and the chair has a bad tilt to it. The new seat plate is arriving tomorrow (Thursday) and I need to replace the existing seat cushion and seat plate. It should be a simple job for anyone familiar with office chairs.
