EMPLOYEE PERKS Starting Rate $18.00 per hour 90-day review, with potential for an increase 401k Matching Paid Time Off Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Cell Phone Allowance The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of commercial cleaning and have managed up to 5-10 employees, with a successful track record. We believe success in this position requires someone who can be responsible for the day to day operations of multiple buildings (in a single area), can frequently interact with clients and staff in a professional and responsive way and can supervise, manage and train staff consistent with client and company expectations. What You’ll Do Perform quality assurance inspections to ensure all details have been completed in compliance with the specific scope or work. Conduct monthly safety meetings, on the spot corrections, counseling and retraining on unsafe practices with all employees. Understand that challenges are opportunities, provide effective solutions to assist manager and staff in resolving issues that arise and make recommendations for improved efficiencies. Execute policies, procedures and changes to ensure sustainable and cost-effective use of staff’s time, supplies, equipment and processes. Help complete deliverables in client’s agreement/statement of work to the highest possible standards. Ability to coach, motivate, develop, and lead teams.
