This position is responsible for janitorial/maintenance duties to assure a clean, safe, building environment with high appearance level. Veterans are welcome to apply! Duties and Responsibilities: Clean the facility offices, café, coffee machine, refrigerators etc., Perform minor fixes, such as repairing broken locks, damage to walls, etc., perform regular maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs, cleaning dock doors, dusting rails on dock doors etc., stock and maintain cleaning supply rooms, gather and empty trash throughout day as needed, service, clean, and supply rest rooms, clean, disinfect and polish furniture and fixtures, clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, or vacuuming, clean outside walkway and warehouse daily, and other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Proven working experience as a janitor, Proven experience in general maintenance, knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, must be detail-oriented, integrity and ability to work independently, demonstrate accountability by taking full ownership in all work assigned, safety-minded; ability to follow safety rules, regulations, and procedures in all aspects of shop operations, self-motivated personality with exceptional attendance and punctuality, ability to frequently lift, push and slide packages that typically weigh up to 50lbs, and ability to operate a sweeper.
