Dexksos is looking to hire Journeyman and Lead carpenters with advanced construction experience. In addition to technical ability, we are looking for someone who can speak with clients, and lead a team. Reliability is a top trait. Having a vehicle that can carry tools is a major plus, however we are able to get most lumber through coordinated deliveries. We are expanding quickly with incredible demand for our services. One reason being that we are a top search on google for anything deck related in Boston. Almost all of our contracts are within a 30 minute drive of Boston and we have historically maintained a special focus on Middlesex county, but not for long, people are calling us from all over the state and we don’t want to leave any deck hanging. Dexksos Inc is on a mission to be the United States’ largest deck building firm by volume and quality. Decks are the niche but not the limitation. Our team includes highly skilled carpenters capable of doing any work in a residential house. Sometimes we get a call for a new deck and end with an entire house remodel. Any deal is possible and worth considering. We operate year round but there is the potential for seasonal work with company encouragement to take the winter for travel. We’ll do our best to support you in your unique passions. The founder of the company is a dedicated surfer and wants everyone on the team to be living their best life. That life takes work, and construction work requires a lot of energy. We are moving mountains on a weekly basis. This is a fast-paced work environment requires real muscle and tactical thinking. Right now we need reliable carpenters in the field, however, we are also looking for motivated entrepreneurs that want to expand on the framework and the system.
