I need someone to distribute flyers

I need someone to distribute flyers that advertise my tutoring business. I will pay $1.50 per flyer posted, up to 100 flyers posted. However, there are two conditions: (a) no two flyers can be posted within 30 feet of one another, and (b) a digital photograph of each posted flyer is sent to me (816 896 0048) by text, confirming its location.
