JOB DESCRIPTION: General Production Laborer SPECIFIC DUTIES: Perform any assigned production-related functions on a daily basis, and on overtime basis as scheduled. List of duties as follows: o Fill/empty/clean kiln saggers and/or oven drying pans o Load and monitor Screener/Blender o Operate Granulator(s) o Fill Ball Mill(s) per formulation o Monitor Spray-Dryer o Fill Shipping Drums and palletize o Dis-assemble/clean/re-assemble most production equipment Maintain production quality standards. Monitor inventory levels of production material and supplies. Communicate problems pertaining to material, quality control issues, safety concerns or equipment failures to management. Provide input on potential cost-reduction measures. QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to measure various liquid/dry materials with accuracy; some math skills necessary. Must be able to lift 50-100 lbs., on occasion. High School diploma or equivalent.
