National Cleaning Company looking for associates to cover one open position as Cleaner/Janitorial in Miami Area: This is a part-time position Monday to Friday from 6:30 a.m to 1:00 pm RESPONSIBILITIES Perform general labor to support operational requirements as needed in the office area and outdoor / warehouse of the facility. Daily cleaning duties include, but are not limited to the Office area: remove garbage bags and replace them with new liners, swipe and mop floors, clean tables counters, coffee maker, refrigerator in the breakroom area, deep clean bathrooms, refill paper towels, hand soap and toilet papers in daily basics. Wipe down desk and remove dust from computers, cabinets, and others. Warehouse Area: including parking, and apron areas: Swipe and pick up debris, dusting, outdoor maintenance, and building maintenance. Empty trash containers located all around the warehouse area and aprons/ Remove pallets and woods and it in one area. Walk around the facility and pick up any debris, around and behind trucks, parking lots, and fence lines / Keep clean and organize the janitorial closet. Assist with another janitorial task./Able to Follow instructions MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail is a must. Able to follow instructions Clean record. Responsible. Janitorial experience.
