Rehearsal Space available starting August 1 in Greenpoint of fthe Nassau G stop. Looking for a band that would like to rent out this space monthly. There are 2 days available - Monday and Friday. Ideally we'd have someone renting both days. The price is $128/month per day/week, coming to $256/month total. It's a nice little spot undergoing a change of hands and will be cleaned up a little bit from what's seen in the pictures. PA and drum kit are part of the house equipment.
