Do you manage a busy restaurant? If so, Dexter Russell, a leading national cutlery company based on Southbridge, would love your insight. We are currently conducting 30 minute observational research sessions on-site at restaurants. Participating restaurants and foodservice venues allow a team of 2 Dexter employees to observe foodservice workers prepare food in busy kitchens for 20 minutes and then interview an employee for 10 minutes. Our ultimate goal is to support the foodservice industry by uncovering unmet needs so we can develop solutions to make work more efficient, safer, and more pleasant.
