MALE CASTING CALL “Still Searching (A ROY short film)” directed by Anthony Rojas Filming October 17th - October 23rd, 2022 On location in Boston, MA “Still Searching (A Roy short film)” is the follow up to the 2022 full length visual film, “Roy: The Film''. This installment brings to life the new songs from the deluxe version of Roy Lucian Baza’s debut album, “Roy”. Over the course of 3 connected music videos, the plot follows 26 year old Roy Paco nine months after the events of the first film and four months into working on a film in Boston, MA. Nearly a year after his breakup with Austin Charles, he crosses paths with characters Chase Williams & Mikael Chancellor. CHASE WILLIAMS - (Male, Ages 21-30. 5’8-6’2, Athletic) 23 year old Chase visits Boston on a work trip and crosses paths with Roy Paco. He is outgoing, confident, and has his sights set on getting to know Roy. MIKAEL CHANCELLOR - (Male, Ages 21-35, 5’8-6’2, Athletic) 28 year old Mikael Chancellor is a producer on Roy’s latest film. He is artistic, athletic, and loves the outdoors. He and Roy have a spark from the start, but they do not act upon it until it’s time for Roy to leave Boston and return home to San Francisco.
