Double Critter Nation

I purchased a Critter Nation cage about a year and a half ago when my ratty boys were much younger and I was actively rescuing more. However, I am now down to three rats, one of whom is very elderly and has mobility issues. I no longer need this space, nor is the upper level safe or accessible for my oldest boy. My boys are currently confined to the lower level only. That being said, I am wondering if anyone has a single level Critter Nation and is looking to upgrade? I am willing to trade my double Critter Nation for the single level model + $50. Currently in the Thornton area, but in the process of moving to Lakewood.
