This position requires walking communities for 3-4 hours per assignment, year-round (except rain, snow and extreme temps.). Locations are in Baltimore County, Anne Arundel, Howard, Montgomery and Prince Georges counties in Maryland. Northern Virginia counties are Fairfax and Prince William. We take exterior photos of homes in communities from public areas only. No editing of the photos required. Must be available M-F between 9-5. High volume of photos requires accuracy and detail to ensure correct photos are associated with properties via company procedures. Must have your own iPhone X or newer (NO ANDROID) to use the camera with our application. Application runs off-line and does not use cellular data. Must be tech savvy and comfortable with manipulating phone apps, uploading and downloading files, understanding zip files, data filtering, changing list views, working with DropBox type file storage, etc. Also must be able to follow explicit directions, be very aware of calendar invites, and communicate with us via texting, etc. If you only use your smartphone on occasion and not for primary task management, information and communication, then this is NOT the position for you.
