About us: This company provides 24/7 disaster restoration services for commercial and residential clients throughout the Sacramento, Placer, Yolo, and Solano counties. We are a full-service restoration and construction company and work with many insurance companies to restore our customers home to pre-loss condition after a fire, water, or mold event. Job Duties: - Perform Repair to residential and commercial property which has damage from water, fire, and mold in accordance with company guidelines - Communicate and discuss job details with the Production Manager - Excellent communication, organizational skills, and a positive attitude - Develop production expertise through ongoing training and education - Build knowledge of professional cleaning products and equipment - Participate in maintenance of equipment, vehicles and facilities - Work in tight spaces, overhead, and on ladders - Additional responsibilities as needed Requirements: - Valid driver’s license - Must be eligible to work in the U.S. - Must be able to pass a criminal background check – Pre-Employment Drug Screening - Must have a high school diploma or GED certificate - Ability to be on-call for emergency services (on rotation) - Must be able to lift 50lbs Additional Qualifications: - Must have experience in some skilled trade (Flooring, Drywall, Paint, Finish Carpentry etc.) Compensation: - $22-$32 per hour ($45,760 - $66,560/yr) – Based on Experience - Eligible for benefits after 90-probationary period - One week paid vacation after first year of service - Company issued phone
