Looking for a responsible tenant to take over my and my husband's lease as we are returning home as Fayetteville is not our cup of tea. Our lease is up in Nov, but we would like to be gone by august please, serious people only rent is 750 a month and lights and water are in your name. the landlord covers the rest except cable and internet. 2 bedroom to bath apartment upstairs unit in the Ramsey area. Right by Walmart and ross and plenty of food places. Had a laundry room and balcony, and both bathrooms have a tub and shower. If interested, give me a call, and will give you a tour. Must be willing to put lease in your name after lease you will be month to month.
