Call / text between 8a-8p Who we are - We are a nationwide company who wants to find great contract people (men and women encouraged equally) to complete work be making calls for repairs at tenant's home. We have internal supervisors who want you to be successful, make money and be treated with respect using a team approach. What to expect - This is an opportunity to work reasonable flexible hours (8a-6p) to get work accomplished. A contractor with us will need a vehicle, driver's license (verify identity purposes only), tools, smart phone and a bank account for direct deposit. Our team of schedulers assign you to match work orders and your skill set. When to expect - We direct deposit per completion of scheduled tasks. PAY IS WEEKLY (Mondays). What skills are successful in this job - Be honest, show up when scheduled, reliable so we know you're serious to help with their needs, committed to follow through and success, respectful and reliable. Skills sets that may be needed (we recognize some folks are better at different areas of the trades): Drywall Patch and paint Finish trim Plumbing Electrical Roofing Siding / Gutters Flooring Tree work (minor) Minor general honey-do list Work site assessments and estimates We have immediate needs to add successful competent contractors for the large amounts of open work pending.
