We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist in Dayton, Ohio. You will create and maintain service cases, research, and resolve first level access control / video software / hardware questions, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. In addition, you will be responsible to: Identify customers’ request via phone or email. Understand question/problem and identify responsible party. Create service cases and work orders. Research and provide accurate and complete information by using the provided methods/tools. Follow up with internal and external customers. Maintain customer records by updating account and case information. Customer training, as assigned. On-call rotation typically 1 week/month, as assigned. To qualify for this great opportunity, you should have: Past experience in technical support environment. High School Diploma or equivalent. Extreme attention to detail, organized, and accurate with effective problem solving skills. Knowledge of MS SQL is a plus. Knowledge of low voltage wiring is a plus.
