Project Manager/Superintendent Needed

Seeking Project Manager with 5+ years in the construction industry. You MUST be capable to do the following: • Complete remodels on schedule • Complete projects with little supervision • Maintain highest of quality • Have an eye for design • Reliable transportation, preferably a truck RESPONSIBILITIES • Coordinates and supervises all construction activities • Directs contractors to complete all projects on schedule, within budget, and with great quality. • Maintains the construction schedule while identifying and solving problems. • Maintains positive relationships with contractors, suppliers and other employees. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: • 5+ years of successful related experience (Residential Remodeling exp. preferred) PERSONAL PROFILE • A self-starter with ability to multi-task and prioritize work with minimal direction. • Highly motivated • Goal-oriented • Punctual • Time management We are a fast-growing company, locally owned and operated.
