I got a pic of his plate and turned him in at the Nevada SmogSpotter site which is DMV ran. Next step: The DMV Compliance Enforcement Division sends an advisory letter to the owner of the smoking vehicle. This letter can require the vehicle to be inspected by a DMV Emissions Lab or require the owner to make necessary repairs to reduce excessive emissions. Rolling coal is kids stuff. Some of us 60 year olds and Im sure people on motorcycles dont appreciate it. Im going to start reporting all of this. The possible consequences are pretty high if you have to return your vehicle to stock configuration.
