Grinnell College Dining Services is looking to add a Dining Services Supervisor to its team in Grinnell, Iowa. Are you seeking a role where you can have your summers off or extra time during the end of the year? The Dining Services Supervisor will assist in directing the operations of the Marketplace, The Spencer Grill and the Marketplace Dish room to ensure high-quality food and service. Duties include supervising and training student staff, reviewing and approving student payroll, reconciling daily cash receipts, and monitoring the department to ensure standards are met. This role offers a starting pay rate of $21.00. Hours worked after 6:00 p.m. Monday - Friday and all shifts on Saturday and Sunday are compensated $2.00 more an hour than the hourly rate. In addition, Grinnell College is offering schedule flexibility to all new full-time employees. Full-time employees will have the option to work 10, 11, or 12-month schedules at their choice!
