Job Description Position Summary: Supervise overall operations for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control and safety measures as established and set for the Operations Department. Essential Job Functions (including but not limited to) : Manage Personnel Janitorial Services Essential Job Requirements: Experience: At least 1 years of supervisor experience in service industry. Required Skills: Prior experience in managing employees. Understanding of how to motivate service employees. Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
