Looking for an experience property maintenance person for the next 6 weeks to assist with make ready of vacant apartments. Must have good work ethic and positive attitude, ability to work independently with experience in most property repairs. Basic Handyman experience:. Unit make ready, plumbing repairs: replacing faucets, toilets, fill valves, fill lines, replacing garbage disposals, etc. basic electricity: Installation of light fixtures, replacing wall outlets and switches, installation and general troubleshooting. Must have own basic hand tool. Possible long term employment compensation: 25 per hour to start. Please respond with pertinent information and or experience.
