Labor Day Weekend Culinary Help Needed

This will be mostly Mediterranean dishes for a Labor Day Party at a residence in Lincoln. Mediterranean food experience helpful but not necessary. I am looking for 2 experienced culinary people to help out Labor Day weekend (possibly Friday? Definitely Saturday and Sunday). Friday and Saturday will be mostly prep work. Party is Sunday and will require final prep, set-up, grilling, serving, and cleanup for 50-75 people. Please respond with your experience and some info about yourself.
