60 gallon fish tank with everything

I am moving soon and don't want to risk the health of my tank so I am looking to re home. The tank is a 60 gallon corner design with a black wooden stand. Canister filter, top filter, heater, bubbler with stones, approximately 2 years of food, siphon, 2 piece castle decorations, and nets all included. The Blue Dempsey (Russ) is about 5 years old, the yellow Cichlid is about 4 years old (Rachel), the albino pleco is also about 4 years old (Gunther).
