1999 Honda 200R stolen from a 9 YR old who is absolutely heartbroken and has wanted a dirt bike since he was in diapers. Who ever is responsible broke into my garage between 9AM-2PM Monday July 18TH with my children sleeping upstairs in broad day light and pushed the bike out the door and down the street at 13 Whittier ave. My son just got it for his birthday on the fourth. I am offering a $200 cash reward for the exact location of this bike. Bike is all white with a red seat that has 200R in black on the hack. Thank you
