Job description Maintain Foreclosure Homes We are a Property Preservation company that is in need of reliable, experienced Property Preservation Contractors in your area. Duties include completing the requested items on a work order and taking complete, detailed photos documenting all work performed and all bids placed. Clear and detailed photos are the basis of how we are paid. Work includes, but not limited to: - Recurring Grass Cuts/Snow Removal - Initial Securing - Boarding - Winterization - Minor Property Repairs - Janitorial - Debris Removal - Also seeking licensed specialty -Must have the ability to photograph and document work -Mold abatement/remediation - PLUS MORE All of the following are REQUIRED - Smartphone in order to take before-during-after pictures - Able to get supplies needed for order. (Locks, Winterization Supplies. ETC.) - Valid driver's license preferred. reliable vehicle required. - General misc. tools (drill, hammer, wrench, tape measure, utility knife, screw driver, etc). - Generator, Lawnmower, compressor - Must have good communication skills, detail oriented & follow work order instructions
