We are a well-established company urgently needing people who are comfortable and experienced climbing and moving ladders. There is no getting around this requirement. We have a great water-fed pole system that can be used from the ground in some circumstances but it cannot be used in every situation. Windows require that they be gently scrubbed with our tools which work great, as everything must be removed so the glass, tracks, and frames look great when finished. We have the right tools and know-how, we just need people who care about their customers and their workmanship. If you are someone who can work with minimal supervision that is perfect because we do not want to micromanage anyone. We set up the schedule you do the work, in nice settings and environments, and we both are paid fairly. We provide vans and all of the tools and supplies needed for the job. I will pay an extra $1,000 bonus as well if 1) you are reliable and do not miss any work, Monday through Saturday for 90 days, and 2) We get good feedback from our customers about your completed projects and not many if any callbacks.
