Come out for Happy Hour Yoga at Bayview Beach in Saco! We will practice yoga for 45 minutes and hang out after with whoever would like to! Bring your own refreshments :) Time: 4:00pm Cost: $10 - come to 5 classes get the 6th free! Dates: June 9, 16, 23, 30, July 7, 21, 28, August 4, 11, 18, 25 I take song requests for class as long as it is ahead of time. Examples of some songs on my playlist are: 100 In A 55 by Pop Evil, The Best by Tina Turner, F**ckin' Perfect by P!nk. Think outside the box on this one!
