Krispy Creams step aside! This doughnut is sure to please. Join Pastry Chef Gina as she shares the secret to making Kneecap doughnuts with you. Class will begin with a demonstration on how to mix ingredients to form the dough.
Because the dough needs to prove for at least an hour, pre-made dough will be provided for each student to form and fry the yeast risen round of dough in oil. When cooled the doughnuts will be dusted in powdered sugar and topped with fresh whipped cream.
You will be sure to be amazed at the taste of these goodies and won't even care that you have powdered sugar on your shirt and whip cream on your nose after sampling.
Each student will take home 12 Kneecaps and the recipe. All supplies are included.
