Roots and Shoots Tree Care is a small local business providing Arborist Services to Boulder and the surrounding area. We are looking to add another Tree Climber/ Arborist to the crew. Also looking to fill ground crew positions. Climbing positions $300-$500 per day depending on experience, equipment, certifications etc. Ground crew $200-$300 per day. Work usually begins at 8-9 am to about 4-5 pm, so if you are over those 7-5 days, this might be for you. Experience is great but not necessary; more so is an openness and willingness to learn our approach. The most important quality to bring to the table is a humble, respectful approach. We put a lot of care, time, and effort into the work we do. We don't try to rush through several big jobs in a 10 hour day pushing our crew to the limit. We aim to provide consistent, expert, quality service, without the constant drive and inevitable burnout found at most big companies. We're committed to providing the highest quality tree service which takes time, focus, and a thorough understanding of tree physiology. We are looking for a climber/ ground crew who is adaptable, multi-talented, willing to do what it takes to see jobs completed on time to the best of our ability, very friendly, and extremely polite to clients.
