My business partner and I are growing our cleaning and maintenance company! We’ve built relationships with many building owners and investors in town who contract our company for several services. We offer 1099 contracts with crews/individuals that are looking for consistency business without the hassle of dealing with the clients! Must be insured and willing to provide a W9. We can help obtain insurance if needed! References Required - preferably 2 Photos of work performed preferred We are looking for reliable crews in the following areas: 1)Cleaning - tenant move out, high end homes, commercial/office space. Immediate work available! 2)Maintenance Tech - general repairmen. Open to any and all areas of expertise. Often, when we do our clean outs we discover other issues and our clients love when we can take care of it and pay a premium! 3)Painters 4)landscapers/lawn mowers/ snow removal We’re looking to build lasting relationships with our contractors, bring them steady business, and take care of all the hassles of dealing with the client.
