Please join us for our August outing on Saturday evening, August 20th at 6:00pm. We will be meeting near the picnic shelters just south of the Juanita Beach Parking Lot - from there we'll walk the boardwalk and follow the sidewalk path over to Juanita Bay Park. The paths on this walk will are well-maintained, flat, and paved or gravel. We will have options for a longer walk, or a shorter walk paired with a bird sit. Please dress for the weather and we suggest bringing snacks and water. Whether you're new to birding or a seasoned songbird seeker, this will be a great opportunity to connect with our feathered friends and fellow feminists. All are welcome on this walk! *It is important to us to make sure that we continue to take care of one another during our in-person events. We plan to follow current health guidelines. Masks are currently optional on this walk, but we encourage people to bring a mask for social interactions. This outing is limited to 30 people, and we will be breaking into smaller groups.
