Airbnb Cleaner Needed for 2 Tiny Homes - Consistent Work

Looking for a cleaner or team of cleaners for our 2 Airbnb Tiny Houses near Fall Creek, WI. This will be a consistent job (multiple times per week), not an occasional cleaning. Our block of time to clean between guests is 11am-3pm, so we are looking for someone with consistent availability during this time. Both houses are small and can be expected to take about 1 hour each to clean. On average there will be about 4-5 days per week where you will need to clean - some days it could be 1 house, other days it could be both houses. We will provide you with all the necessary cleaning supplies, multiple sets of bedding and towels for each house, and any other equipment/supplies needed to clean and do the laundry. We pay per cleaning, which includes doing laundry for that cleaning as well. A typical week will pay roughly $450-550 depending on the number of cleanings. This will be a 1099 position. Unit 1 = $50 Unit 2 = $75 Both Units (same day) = $100 Deep Cleans every 10 days = additional $30 per house Details: - Need to be available 7 days a week between 11am-3pm, but usually there are about 3-5 days per week that you will need to clean. Our guests check out at 11am and new guests check in at 3pm, so availability during this time window is essential. - Access to washer/dryer at home (ideal) or ability to wash clothes at a laundromat - Responsive via text/phone regarding scheduling, issues at the house, cleaning supply inventory, or other day-to-day questions. The property manager will be out at the house for training in the early stages, but most of the Management work will be done remotely, so the ability to communicate is key. - Willingness to take instructions and correct any mistakes or change things according to Management preference. - Willingness to go above and beyond to make sure every aspect of the property looks clean and presentable. The goal is to create a hotel-like experience, but in the woods. ++ Important Requirements ++ - Consistent availability between 11am-3pm - Consistent access to a car - Have a smartphone with the ability to take pictures, texts and calls. Must be fairly tech-savvy - Must be proactive towards the schedule and be able to communicate to ensure you have the daily details you need - Must live in the Eau Claire area. Our property is in Fall Creek - Must be hands-on, have a positive can-do attitude, and be able to take constructive criticism. Experience: - Experience cleaning Hotels/Airbnbs is a plus, but not necessarily required - Handyman work is a plus.
