STORY BEHIND TOP 10 LIST In Cincinnati, many young professionals believe they are not receiving the recognition they need and find it difficult to further develop their personal and professional brands. This has led to a growing epidemic of young professionals who are moving to other cities to pursue their careers and seek acknowledgment. We believe one of the solutions in solving this problem is to show young professionals that they can, in fact, make a name for themselves here through Generation NOW by honoring them for their achievements. Nominations for our lists are made by many leaders from various Fortune 500 companies and non-profit organizations. We are able to celebrate these young professionals and provide a platform for their successes and to spur their growth as professionals. Talent recruiters and other HR specialists find this very beneficial to the continued success of these young professionals. GENERATION NOW AWARDS Generation NOW presents awards to honor the young, influential talent in the Greater Cincinnati area who are blazing trails and focused on creating a brighter future for the Queen City.
