DESCRIPTION: *Looking for independent, self-starters that can start as early as Monday. *Part-time positions available *W-2 employees, independent contractors *Pay accommodations for those that have SSI or Disability restrictions *Weekly pay for 1st Month if needed *Daily pay when picking up weekend/overtime shifts You will be responsible for cleaning the common areas of apartment buildings (leasing office, fitness center, game rooms, hallways, etc) Will include general cleaning, mopping, and vacuuming. Must be on time and have a good professional presentation. Please only apply if you are sure you can arrive at work between at 7am or 8am. You will be required to work some weekends Multiple positions available Locations: Downtown, Brookhaven, Buckhead, Perimeter, Tucker Under the general direction of the site leader or supervisor, keep buildings and/or areas of buildings in a clean and orderly condition with a focus on offering good customer service. Must have own transportation Must be clean and presentable. Must be able to show up to work on time Must be consistent. Shifts available part-time and full-time positions available 7am-3pm 6am-10am 7am-11am 9am-2pm DUTIES • Cleans, sweeps, dust mops, wet floor mops, and cleans stairwells and corridors. • Vacuum as required and needed. • Cleans bathrooms and restrooms. • Dusts furniture, walls, equipment, and building fixtures. • Gathers and empties trash. • Notifies leadership of the need to order material, supplies, need for major repairs, or any other additions to building operating systems. • Performs all other duties as assigned.
