All Star Labor and Staffing in Tigard is partnered with a client in Hillsboro seeking Warehouse Associates for a temp to hire position. This position pays $18hr, is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and is bus accessible. Summary of Responsibilities The Warehouse Associate position is primarily responsible for daily warehouse shipping and receiving operations including receiving, unpacking, packing, storing, and shipping of inventory. Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities • Following all applicable safety rules and procedures • Organizing and maintaining the warehouse for effective and efficient utilization of available • warehouse space while also ensuring that all stock can be quickly and accurately retrieved to • complete orders • Performs routine shipping tasks, which include checking goods against shipping documents, • validating quantities, part numbers, authorizations, and quality of product • Operates material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks or dollies to move or reorganize product • Develop and maintain positive, cooperative and team-oriented relationships with both internal • and external customers, co-workers, supervisors, managers • Other duties as assigned 💯 You must be able to lift 40lbs as part of your daily tasks. Steel Toe or Composite toe boots are required.
