SiliconX Construction, Inc. has an immediate need for a Facilities Coordinator: Benefits: Medical, dental, vision benefits provided after 90-day probationary period. Salary: DOE JOB SUMMARY: Under direction from our Project Manager, the right candidate, will manage our Facilities Maintenance team and work closely with Property Managers to ensure successful service to all commercial properties managed by Borelli Investment Company. In addition, the Facilities Coordinator will keep a routine scheduled list of services performed at each property to help meet the needs of tenants. The Facilities Management team consists of 4 maintenance technicians. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Provide general overall facility management services, including continuous monitoring of office/facility • Oversee building facilities, such as daily cleaning and weekly maintenance ensuring the environment is in good working condition at all times • Ordering supplies • Address client inquiries and concerns ensuring timely and quality issue resolution and service delivery • Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction • Remain knowledgeable regarding all operational aspects of building systems • Coordinate with outside contractors for service and repairs • Follow protocol for effective building-specific maintenance and safety procedures • Maintain on-going communication with contractors, client, and team • Assist with site inspection within the assigned building portfolio • Create call tickets and assign them to the staff • Report on open and closed Call tickets and check the status of open tickets • Assist in the monitoring and assessment of vendor performance • Manage service and performance of vendors and landlords for timely completion of jobs • Create and record appropriate written communication between all parties • Schedule and document maintenance and repairs on building equipment • Communicate frequently with Property Managers, landlords, and vendors to resolve issues and provide project status updates • Provide process and procedures training and direction to new employees • Create daily reports of his/her activities for the day send to direct supervisor. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 1 year of work experience in an administrative, facilities or tenant services capacity. Ability to work on a computer and PDA device. Ability to keep accurate and detailed records. Must have a clean, professional appearance and good communication skills.
