Private Marina in Alameda is seeking a Full Time Maintenance Technician who is willing to work Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Minimum qualifications needed: -At least 3 years of verifiable skilled maintenance experience -Able to lift, pull, and push up to 50-80 lbs; Carry materials, bend, twist, kneel, climb and balance. -Ability to work in rain and extreme temperatures. -Clean driving record and CDL. -Knowledge of power tools, hand tools, equipment and other materials used in maintenance. -Ability to problem solve. -Understanding of general maintenance (Carpentry, plumbing, electrical) -Self motivated, works well with minimal supervision. -Ability to arrive at work on time every day with own transportation. -Ability to demonstrate a positive attitude towards assigned tasks, clients and co workers. -MUST BE A HARD WORKING INDIVIDUAL WITH A STRONG WORK ETHIC.
