In Search of Bassist who feels the One

Relatively new act searching for a bassist who loves old R&B, Soul, Swampy Blues, Funk also has some Rock sensibilities. Our group consists of a Female singer, Keyboardist, Drummer and Guitarist. We have done several gigs, but we are changing things up to elevate the sound and feel of the band. Currently playing covers by Sly and the Family Stone, James Brown, Stevie Wonder, Tab Benoit, Wilson Pickett... We are auditioning on Wednesday, July 27th in Fremont. We plan to have our act up and running hard by the fall for a showcase for promoters. If we can line up the perfect bassist, we have gigs we can accept in late August. We are seasoned players who can execute and have a love for these styles. We are looking for those who have transportation, are professional, have good gear, love the music and are a great hang. We have a studio in Fremont with backline provided. We plan on rehearsing once a week with everyone doing their homework and bringing it. If you want more information, please contact me. Ed Elizalde
