Each person has an individual set of strengths and talents that can be used to lead a truly meaningful life.
People who have "purpose," or a sense of their gifts and strengths -and use them daily- have increased well-being and tend to live about seven years longer than those who do not.
One of the goals of the Blue Zones Project® is to help people discover a clear definition of their gifts or deepen their sense of purpose.
Come and join Blue Zones Project and Hartnell College for a Purpose Workshop and gift yourself the opportunity of finding or reinforcing your gifts and talents.
It’s fun. Enlightening. Life lengthening. Life changing!
Dates:
Thu, July 21st 3:30pm-5:00pm
Fri, July 22nd 9:30am-11:00am
Location: Hartnell College - Nursing and Health Sciences Center, O Building
