Part time nanny exchange for free rent

Hi! I'm a single mom of 2 young kids (4 and 9) and I work nights as a nurse 3 times per week. I'm looking to rent a 3 bedroom apartment and, in exchange for free rent for 1 room, have someone mature and responsible with a clean record watch my children overnight (roughly 5pm-8:30am) on the nights I work and take them to school/daycare those mornings before I get home.
