At {las vive}, our goal is to create a unique dining experience focusing on local seasonal ingredients prepared simply and with love. With only one seating, we invite diners to linger, savor, and fully engage in enjoying the food and company. Our prix-fixe, 4-course meal is sourced as locally as possible from farms, growers, and producers in the area. This week our main course protein will be: Pork Vegetarian option available. $60 pp, pay at the door. Prices are inclusive of meal, N/A beverages, and NH meals and room tax. BYOB, wine/beer/cider only. Please drink responsibly.FAQsMenu: Will not be posted ahead of time, as it is meant to highlight the best produce of the season, and what is inspiring us. We do have separate tables for seating, but encourage mingling and connecting with others- Our purpose is to create an experience that is as much about community as it is about the food. Arrival: Please arrive at 5:30 to park, find your table, and get situated. We will be bringing out nibbles by 5:50. Parking will be in our field, not in the driveway, adjacent to the Carriage House. Please watch for the parking sign. Anyone with accessibility challenges may be dropped off by the Carriage House, then have the vehicle continue to move to the parking area in the field. Please reach out with any questions. Dietary Restrictions: Your ENTREE CHOICE and any needed dietary restriction info must be provided at the time of making your reservation to the dinner. We will do our best to accommodate you, however if we cannot meet your dietary needs we will contact you and give you a refund. We cannot accommodate vegan. Attire: Please wear what makes you comfortable. Parking is in a field, so you might want to consider your footwear for grass and any wandering you might do, as well as a light sweater or jacket for cooler evenings. Children: These events are intended for adults and are not suitable for children. Pets: For the enjoyment of all guests, please keep your pets at home. Cancellations: We understand that life happens and thus reservations may be canceled any time. Please be aware that we only purchase enough food for the one evening, and cannot use it after. If there is a way to fill your seats or give your tickets to friends, that would be great. Check with us- we may have a waitlist! COVID: We will not require masks or proof of vaccination. With that said, please be mindful if you are not feeling well- Your actions affect others and our ability to host these events. If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, please stay home. Contact us and we will arrange to deliver a meal, provide a credit to a future event, or give a refund. If you would like to assist with serving and clean-up, let us know- there are perks!
